Cambridge Industrial trust launches global private placement of 285,119,720 new units. CLSA and ML have been appointed co-ordinators.

* Thai Village Holdings Ltd - The Company had on 25 September 2007 entered into a unit franchise agreement with TIANJIN LU PENG TRADING COMPANY LTD, pursuant to which, the Company granted to the Franchisee a non-exclusive licence to operate restaurants serving Thai Teochew cuisine under the name of “Thai Village” in the city of Beijing in the People’s Republic of China, for a period of 5 years from the date of the Agreement, renewable for a further term of 5 years.

* China Hongxing Ltd - JF Asset Management (Singapore) Limited has decreased their stake from 9.02 % To 8.71 %

* Nucleus Electronics Ltd - Chairman Mr Kenneth Vun has resigned due to time constraints with regards to other personal commitments.

* Lexicon Group Ltd - Company now owns the entire issued and paid up share capital of Sandz. Mr Lawrence Liaw Shoo Khen, Ms Alina Koh Siang Ling, Mr Tan Jeck Min and Strategic Worldwide Assets Limited hold in aggregate 100,000,000 new shares in the Company representing approximately 14.55% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company and 50,000,000 warrants in the Company

Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited - dispose 40% stake in Ampang Investment Pte Ltd, due to its company strategy of disposing non-core business, amount of S$14.5m. Not affecting FY07 NTA and EPS

Memstar: Completes RTO of Mediadtream; invest $22M in new production facility for memdrane products. Revenue growth 30 Jun 07 1,326% to RMB60.5M. Profit after tax to RMB40.7M from RMB0.2M. For FY08, intend to set aside 10% of its net profit to shareholders for dividend

STX PO: Coy announced that they subscribed for additional 7.5mil shares of STX PO (UK) for GBP7.5mil. (1GBP per share) Purpose for such a move is to increase the capital of its subsi and to build a fleet of vessels so as to increase sales capacity. It is funded by internal resource. No impact on EPS and NTA for FY07

MidEastd: AGM on 26 OCT.

Oculus: JV with Aretae giving advise on, manaaging and running waste handling and disposal and renewal energy and sustainable dev projects. JV is based on an issued and paid up capital of $2 divided into two ordinary shares, held by both parties.

Olam International, today announced that it will acquire a 100 per cent equity stake in PT Dharmapala Usaha Sukses ("PT DUS"), a sugar refinery based in Indonesia for a total cash investment of US$12.6 million. PT DUS is expected to be profitable in FY2008. It is projected to process approximately 200,000 tonnes of raw sugar and generate steady-state earnings of US$4-5 million per year, when the refinery reaches its full capacity by end-FY2009.

SembMar. Jurong Shipyard, a subsidiary of SembCorp Marine, and WTorre Empreendimentos Imobiliários SA (WTorre) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to form a joint-venture company to own and operate a shipyard in Brazil. In line with SembMar's strategy to deepen its commitment and investment in Brazil to further grow its offshore business.

JARDINE C&C : Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hongkong Land Holdings Limited to dispose eight fully paid ordinary shares in Ampang Investments Pte Ltd, representing 40.0% of the issued share capital, for a total cash consideration of S$18.2 million.

ALLGREEN : Increased it's paid up share capital from 64,000,000 to 76,000,000 by the issuance and allotment of
12,000,000 ordinary shares to the comp.
